1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bo999 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). bo999 provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh.

Regular members can participate in the bo999 VIP program, which is divided into five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and special benefits are available at each level. Continued activity is required to advance to a higher level.

7. Fair Play Policy

bo999 is firmly committed to fair play and transparency. All games and betting activities on the platform are conducted impartially.

• The outcomes of all games are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Players may not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Betting on fixed matches in sports betting is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Account Closure by bo999

bo999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Identification of an underage user.
• An account that has been inactive for an indefinite period.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time via our live chat or email. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed and any withdrawable balance will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability
